As a Weekend Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing logistics operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of performance and safety within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating a team to achieve daily targets
• To manage the people and processes related to an assigned floor/ process
•  Coordinating logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Support the Shift Manager during the formal performance management; absence and disciplinary processes
•  Monitoring performance of individuals and teams providing coaching, mentoring & training
•  Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Reporting on team performance and operational metrics

 Eessential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a logistics or warehouse environment (Min 1 year) 
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
•  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

There are no qualifications required for this role & on the job training will be provided

The role offers a competitive salary of £17,457.97, inclusive of a shift premium, for working from 2pm to midnight Saturday & Sunday.
