The difference in means bonus pay was Minus 36% and the difference in median bonus pay was Minus 29%.
Proportion of males and females in each pay quartile, each quartile contains 390 employees
As an employment business, we supply workers to different clients with varying roles, pay rates and requirements. In each role, staff are paid the same rate of pay regardless of gender.
We know that our gender pay gap is not a pay issue, but down to a lack of female representation in certain roles. These roles include forklift truck drivers, construction, engineering and LGV roles, we have five times more men than women who take up these roles for example.
We are 100% committed to closing this gap by the following actions; Continuing to attract and nurture the widest possible female talent pool.
Continuing to encourage women to develop into new roles through ongoing training.
