The nights are growing darker as we bid goodbye to the great (well, sort of) British summer.
Do they move forward or back?
If you’re forever confused about which way the clocks move and when, an easy way to remember is the saying: “Spring forward, fall back.”
When do the clocks go back?
The clocks will go back by one hour at 2am on Sunday, 30 October 2016, meaning we’ll gain one hour of sleep and it’ll be lighter in the mornings.
Unfortunately, though, this officially marks the end of British Summer Time (BST).
Why not put your clocks back one hour on Saturday night 29 October instead of Sunday? It's just done and dusted then isn't it? zzzZZZ :)
