The number of unemployed in Coventry has fallen slightly while in Warwickshire there has been a minimal rise.
The latest figures for March have been welcomed by business leaders and civil servants, particularly as they come after two months where the number of unemployed in the city and the county rose.
Between February and March there was a drop in the claimant count in Coventry from 4,420 to 4,365, with a slight rise in Warwickshire from 3,460 to 3,480.
The number of claimants in Coventry has fallen by more than 400 in the last year.
