Industria Staff Insights are featuring Dorota Hemperek - Onsite Co-ordinator this week.
 

Dorota was selected to be featured by Paula Fox  who was the focus of last week’s Staff Insights.  Dorota has been with Industria for over a year now and has become a key element of our on-site team.

What did you do before you joined Industria?
“Before I started with Industria, I ran my own business since 2011. I created printed cake toppers on edible paper and other floral/decorative items. As well as this, I was a full time mum of two children (one boy and one girl).”

What drew you to the recruitment sector?
“I was employed as a temporary administration assistant for Industria at an on-site client in Hinckley where I gained a lot of experience until I became the onsite co-ordinator with Industria for another client in January of 2016.”

How did you find out about working for Industria?
“A friend of mine recommended me.”

Where do you see yourself in the future with Industria?
“We are a great team and I don’t think that there needs to be any changes at the moment. That being said, I am always ready to see what the future at Industria will bring!”

Do you have anything special planned for this bank holiday weekend?
“I didn’t get up to anything personally for the bank holiday weekend, however I did go to the Holy Communion for my Godson!”
