Industria Staff Insights are featuring Kevin McDermott, our Regional Driving Division Manager this week.
 

Kevin was selected to be featured by Wayne Campbell who was the focus of last week’s Staff Insights. Kevin has been with Industria for a few years now and is a central part of the Industria team.

What did you do before you joined Industria?
"I have worked in recruitment for 15 years."

What drew you to the recruitment sector?
"A new start."

Why in particular did you want to work for Industria?
"Michael Walker and starting a Driving Desk from nearly nothing."

How did you find out about working for Industria?
"Through a rec2rec (recruitment-to-recruitment) company."

Where do you see yourself in the future with Industria?
"The target is to have 200 drivers out daily within the next 12-18 months."

Did you do anything special over this Easter?"
"I spent time with my wife and children"
