Industria Staff Insights are featuring Elena Presnova – Contract co-ordinator in Coventry.

Elena was selected to be featured by Ewa Wieczorek, who was the focus of the last Staff Insights - Elena is a core member of the Industria team at our Coventry branch.
 

What did you do before you joined Industria?

“I used to live in Russia, Saint-Petersburg and I worked for Finnish Consulate for 3 years.”
 

What drew you to the recruitment sector?

“It happened randomly, I’ve never worked in the recruitment sector before. I was searching for any job in Coventry and had a call from Industria with a job offer.”
 

How did you find out about working for Industria?

“I applied online for one of the jobs I was interested in that Industria advertised and I had a call from agency.” 
 

Why in particular did you want to work for Industria?

“The first time that I came to the office in Coventry, I really liked the environment there and the duties that were part of the role were a great fit for me and what I wanted from a job of this nature.”
 

Where do you see yourself in the future with Industria? 

“I don’t really know where I will see myself in the future but it is with Industria for sure! So far, I like my position so hopefully I will continue to develop in my role here.”
