Previously, I was a manager at NEXT, and had been for over 3 years. I enjoyed it very much, as well as working with that team but felt I needed to make a career change. I really wanted a role that would push me, test me and give me a range of skills unobtainable in my previous job. Michelle Paterson approached me, and pitched the job and what it entailed, and immediately I was interested. Had my interview, and have hit the ground running in my new role at the Swindon branch.

I am now learning constantly, gaining more skills and confidence. I love my role, as it allows me to think in new and creative ways. It allows me to meet new people. Above all, I am happy to have joined such a friendly, helpful and progressive working team. The support I have received in my first month has been amazing, and I can’t wait to see where this role will take me in my future career here at Industria.
