Record year sparks major recruitment drive for Industria

Industria has launched the first phase of an aggressive recruitment drive after enjoying a record breaking year.

The company reached its largest sales figure, growing 20% in 2013 from previous records, which included its best ever sales quarter since being launched in 2002.

Industria’s latest success has led to the creation of 350 jobs across the region.

Michael Walker, Managing Director believes Industria’s success is down to the strength of its people, service and products.  He said: “As a company, we faced many challenges in the last couple of years and it is a real testament to our staff, values and to the strength of our team that we recorded the most successful sales period in Industria’s history.

“This year has the potential to be even greater and we are particularly excited about the launch of our new website and cloud-based products which have been developed and tailor made to suit our industry. Cloud-based software deployment options are now a pre-requisite, and so developing a product such as this meets a real need for our candidates and clients and opens some exciting doors for Industria in 2014.
