Industria Staff Insights are featuring Ewa Wieczorek - Coventry Trainee Branch Manager.

Ewa was selected to be featured by Shalise Fox, who was the focus of the last Staff Insights - Ewa has been a core member of the Industria team for many years.

What did you do before you joined Industria?

“I initially joined Industria as a recruitment consultant straight after finishing college. I enjoyed the role and developed within the company moving into the payroll department quite quickly. After 4 years, I decided to go back to my home country where I opened my own flower shop based in Poland and ran it for 5 years. I ran my own business alongside completing my Master’s degree in International Business Communication and after 5 years I re-joined Industria again!”

What drew you to the recruitment sector?

“I was looking for new challenges and I knew that recruitment does give a lot of opportunity to develop and I love working in a fast paced environment.”

How did you find out about working for Industria?

“I was looking for a new place to work to change my career and I already knew that I wanted to work for a recruitment agency, so I sent my CV to Industria and I was invited for an interview with Mathew Coulson - Industria’s Operations Director.” 

Why in particular did you want to work for Industria?

“I found Industria online and it seemed to be a dynamic and expanding organisation. It looked like a company that I wanted to work for.”

Where do you see yourself in the future with Industria? 

“Having worked for Industria for six years I have been promoted to a Trainee Branch Manager role, looking after a busy office covering Coventry area. My aim is to develop my skills and knowledge to become an effective manager for my team.”
