Lois Robinson - Contracts Manager

Our Leicester Team are delighted to welcome Lois Robinson.

We asked Lois to tell us a bit about how and why she joined Industria?

''I managed to secure an interview at Industria for a Temporary Branch Resourcer with a little help / recommendation from my friend Elly Clow and was lucky enough to be offered the role.  

Before I started with Industria I had a 2 year career break to raise my son Morgan but prior to that I worked for another Leicester based recruitment agency, covering both industrial and driving recruitment. 

After being thrown in the deep end of it all in recruitment I have proved what I am capable of and the work load I can manage too.

I have recently been offered a permanent role of Contracts Manager and will be working closely again with Elly on supporting and servicing new Leicester client contracts after the xmas period.

Recruitment can be manic and high pressure but good results can mean rewarding outcomes!"
