The role involves a rotational shift pattern, shifts from 8am-4pm, 12pm-8.30pm, and 4pm-12.30am, as well as working one Sunday per month. This variety ensures a dynamic work environment and the chance to experience different aspects of the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services
- Lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance productivity
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the logistics sector.(Min 2 years)
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts and one Sunday per month.
No qualifications required for this role and training on company polices/procedures will be given from day one.
