Key Responsibilities:

• You will have responsibility and control of planning, managing and coordinating the night shift operations
• Monitor the internal and external handovers between departments
• Coordinate all shift activities including productivity, cost control, resource utilisation and service achievement
• Adaptability to the demands of night shifts and the ability to remain composed under pressure
• Monitor targets setting and following up on actions in case of non-achievement of the set KPIs
• Responsible for all H&S on site during the shift period
• Other duties as assigned

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

• Substantial experience in a similar role within a logistics environment (Min 3 years)
• Competent with Warehouse Management Systems & MS-Office
• Strong communication and managerial skills
• Good level of Maths & English
• Excellent attention to detail & results driven

No qualifications required for this role and training on company polices/procedures will be given from day one.
