The Production Operative role involves working on the production line, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of machinery, and maintaining high standards of quality control. Key responsibilities may include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Assembly work
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
• Reporting any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• No qualifications required however previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable
• Basic understanding of machinery operation preferable
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Hourly Rate: £11.50 (Increases to £12.21 from 01/04/25)

Full on job training will be provided from day one.
